Ultron Lift We enlisted Effective Solutions Group to address our late deliveries and manufacturing inefficiencies. After Effective Solutions performed an assessment they convinced management that the initial focus should be on a material inventory and replenishment system. I was skeptical at first on the "Lean Philosophy" that ESG was proposing but it became readily apparent that their manufacturing experience, business and financial expertise along with their "hands on" approach was definitely the way to go. Praxis Companies, LLC My team and I have been involved with The Effective Solutions Group on ten different projects involving areas from customer service, production processes, shipping and warehouse management.
